Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Assist in Real Estate transactions: Transaction coordination, showings, paperwork, open house setup and attend appointments etc.


Assist in Property Management: Leasing, showings, paperwork, Maintenance coordination and attend appointments etc.


Contract management: Review and process real estate contracts, ensuring all necessary signatures and initials are collected and that the documents are in compliance with legal requirements.


Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the transaction process. Keep all parties informed about the transaction's progress, deadlines, and any issues that arise.


Document preparation and coordination: Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation for the closing process, including disclosures, addendums, and any other required paperwork. Ensure that documents are properly executed and filed.


Compliance: Ensure that all real estate transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as with the policies of the real estate brokerage.


Issue resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the transaction process to prevent delays in closing. This may involve coordinating repairs, negotiating contract amendments, or facilitating communication between parties.


Closing Coordination: Coordinate with the escrow company, lenders, and other parties to ensure that all conditions of the sale are met prior to closing. Schedule and confirm the closing date and time, and ensure that all parties have the necessary information.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete files for each transaction, including all correspondence, contracts, and documentation. Ensure that all records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy laws and regulations.


Required Skills and Qualifications :

License: Oregon Real Estate License, Washington Real Estate License is a plus!.

Experience: previous experience in real estate, administration preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively correspond with all parties involved in a transaction.

Attention to detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, documents and compliance with legal requirements

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and prioritize work, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring that the transaction process proceeds smoothly.

Good knowledge of the local property.

Possess a valid driver license.
