Client Services Coordinator

Job Description :

Krishna Realty is a growing Real Estate and Property Management Company. Our goal is to help our clients get the best value in Real Estate transactions by leveraging a combination of our experience and the latest tools and technologies. Our team works hard to provide excellent service, whether a client is purchasing a new home, selling a home, buying investment property such as a rental home, land, or a vacation home, or renting a home as a tenant or a homeowner.

We are seeking candidates who are excited and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment! We are looking for someone to join our team that has a friendly personality, open to learning new skills and assisting others. This position is great for someone who is looking to transition into an office environment or create a new career path for themselves. This position involves various responsibilities (a few are listed below). The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth, a willingness to learn, drive for success, and a passion for the housing industry and helping others!

Technical Skills & Qualifications: 

  1. One year of administrative or customer service experience preferred
  2. Strong communications skills both written verbal and typing.
  3. Be a self-starter and have a go-getter attitude
  4. Ability to work in a fast pace culture
  5. Professional and reliable
  6. Detail-oriented with a very high level of accuracy.
  7. Ability to solve problems quickly start to finish
  8. The ability to multi-task and stay organized is a must
  9. Receptive to feedback
  10. Proficient with computer software programs i.e learning new programs/software as well as being proficient with Gmail/Gdocs/Gsheets, Smart Phones, etc.
  11. A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required for this position
  12. Ability to perform physical aspects of the job i.e lift up to 40 pounds, climb a ladder, etc.
  13. High School Diploma or GED required for this position

The position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. Competitive pay includes a base hourly pay for this position and is a full-time position

Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

  1. Processing all new work orders that come in from tenants and homeowners
  2. Corresponding the repair with vendors, tenants, and homeowners.
  3. Answering the phone system in a friendly and professional manner
  4. Managing and setting appointments on active calendars
  5. Preparing correspondence
  6. Daily prioritizing mail and emails
  7. Going to multiple locations in a day to inspect appliances/or repairs submitted by tenants.
  8. Help maintain the accuracy of property notes/documents
  9. Using tools to document properties for example phones, laptops, moisture gun readers, temperature gun readers, etc.
  10. Conducting multiple types of inspections ex. Semi-Annual Inspections, Pre-rental walkthroughs, Repairs walkthroughs, Landscape inspections etc.
  11. Appointed task to do bank runs, posting notices to doors, or post office mail runs
  12. Making Keys/Installing lockboxes at sale and rental properties
  13. Installing signs at rental properties

Range : $17.50 - $22.50 hourly

Office Assistant

Job Description : HIGHLY MOTIVATED Executive Assistant/ Admin to CEO

Realty is a Real Estate and Property Management company which has a team oriented and fast paced culture. We are looking for a fully driven individual to fit in our company as an Office Assistant.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist with daily administrative office duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include answering phones; screening visitors; managing an active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence; daily sorting and prioritizing mails and emails, arranging travel plans with itineraries and agendas.


Qualifications :

One year administrative experience preferred with great communication skills.

Be a self starter and have a go-getter attitude.

Be a good listener and be very responsible.

Be open to positive feedback.

Must be versatile in Gmail/ Drive.

Work in a fast pace culture and willing to grow.

Ability to drive and do field work (Putting up signs, walk through, drive by etc.)

Good computer & smartphone usage skills.

High School graduate with some college preferred.


Position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. Competitive pay includes a base hourly pay for this position and is a full time position.
