Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Screening office visitors and managing front desk reception

  • Handling phone calls, messages, and client inquiries via our texting channel

  • Posting messages in our internal communication platform

  • Providing accurate data report(s) on staff CX performance

  • Assisting with event planning and office meetings

  • Maintaining office organization and cleanliness

  • Correspondence preparation and document management

  • Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Mileage Reimbursement: We provide reimbursement for work-related travel at a rate of $0.67 per mile.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate & Property Management Associate to assist with real estate transactions and property management operations. This role requires a strong understanding of contracts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Real Estate Transactions:

  • Assist with property showings, paperwork, open houses, and client appointments.

  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and securing necessary signatures.

  • Act as the main point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, and escrow companies, providing transaction updates.

  • Prepare and coordinate documents for closing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

  • Resolve transaction-related issues to prevent delays and maintain smooth processes.

Property Management:
