This position is great for someone who is looking to transition into an office environment or create a new career path for themselves or learn more about the field of property management. This position involves various responsibilities (a few are listed below). This position involves assisting the property management team at Krishna Realty trying out new things & learning and refinding your skill set! The ideal candidate will have a desire for growth, a willingness to learn, a drive for success, and a passion for the housing industry and helping others!

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communications skills both written verbal and typing.

Position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. This is NOT a work remote position. A vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance is required for this position. Competitive pay includes a base hourly pay for this position. We have a part time or full time position available for this position. Part time hours 20-30 hours a week, or full time 35-40 hours a week.

  • Screening office visitors
  • Preparing correspondence
  • Help maintain the accuracy of property notes/documents
  • Managing and setting appointments
  • Daily prioritizing mail and emails
  • Assist with daily administrative office duties
  • Going to multiple location (homes) in a day
  • Assisting in property errands (i.e making keys, going to the post office, mail runs, sign and lockbox installs, etc.)
  • Scanning and organizing document (electronic and hard copy files)
  • Corresponding with staff and clients
  • Using tools to document properties for example: phones, laptop, moisture gun reader, temperature gun reader, etc.
  • Assisting with Property Management Tasks i.e work order coordination/tenant and owner requests, property inspections, etc.
  • Going to properties for vendor appointments

Krishna Realty is helping to hire a licensed agent for our client PDXA1 Realty Group for Licensed Real Estate Agent (full-time) to assist them in showings, writing offers or other paperwork, prepare listings, hosting open house, communicating with buyers and sellers, help with marketing activities and helping with leasing homes, tenant and owner support etc.


PDXA1 pays for or reimburses you for all your fees, dues and mileage. You get a steady hourly rate based on experience, and bonuses after an introductory period. 40 hours a week with two weekdays off.
