Job Duties:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Screening office visitors and managing front desk reception
Handling phone calls, messages, and client inquiries via our texting channel
Posting messages in our internal communication platform
Providing accurate data report(s) on staff CX performance
Assisting with event planning and office meetings
Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
Correspondence preparation and document management
Managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Running errands and assisting with property management tasks such as key copies, lockbox install/removals, sign install/removals, mail pick up/drop off, etc.
