Coordinating/Resolving 30-40 customer service maintenance request tickets
Maintaining accurate property notes/documents including serial numbers, model numbers, and warranty information
Conducting inspections for repair requests (utilizing specialized tools such as temperature guns and moisture readers)
Inspecting properties for repairs and maintenance needs that have been submitted
Documenting repair requests and completed repairs through photo documentation including before/after photos
Managing appointments and calendars
Handling correspondence and prioritizing mail and emails
Providing reports for research and screening of new vendors and statistics of current market pricing for vendors
Requesting surveys from owners/tenants regarding the service they received from the team or yourself
Auditing customer tickets and internal tickets to maintain the accuracy of the coordination report
Conducting various types of inspections and driving to multiple locations/properties in a day
Conducting move-in/move-out/ or semi-annual inspections
