In this position, you will learn new processes while utilizing your knowledge of tenant/landlord laws in Oregon. You'll work directly with other property managers and the senior property manager to assist homeowners in maintaining their rental investments. This includes but is not limited to coordinating repairs during occupancy or vacancy, resolving lease violations, executing inspections and property audits, assisting with lease renewals, documenting the home's status, and finalizing move-out documents for tenants. This role is ideal for candidates eager to explore the field of property management and put their license to use! Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and setting appointments
  • Daily prioritizing mail and emails
  • Corresponding with staff and clients through multiple channels (internal chat, external owner/tenant text line, property management email tool, etc.)
  • Providing tenant requested rental references
  • Processing tenant move-out notices
  • Conducting property inspections (semi-annuals, routine property inspections, audits, pre-move-out, move-in inspections, rent-ready walkthroughs, etc.)
  • Attending various property appointments (including but not limited to move-in appointments, vendor repair appointments, insurance inspection appointments, builder inspection appointments, etc.)
  • Ordering necessary documents such as HOA CCR’s, Utility Sheets, etc.
  • Helping to maintain the accuracy of property notes/documents
  • Auditing/creating reports assigned by senior property manager
  • Drafting/preparing correspondence such as lease violations, compliance warnings, notices, etc.
  • Assisting in lease renewals and the semi-annual inspection process
  • Preparing and dropping off accurate move-in keys
  • Coordinating work orders/service requests between tenants, owners, and vendors while maintaining accurate self-reports
  • Assisting with move-in appointments and necessary items for move-ins
  • Supporting the senior property manager with any additional property management tasks that need to be completed

Hourly Starting Salary Range: $18.00-$23.00 Hourly, Dependent on experience.

  • Mileage Reimbursement: We provide reimbursement for work-related travel at a rate of $0.67 per mile.
